If you do not like your sheepskin product, you may opt to return it and receive a partial refund. You have 30 calendar days from when you paid for your product to when you printed your shipping return label. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you make a return outside of this 30 day return window, you will be offered an opportunity to pay for shipping to send it back to you. If you refuse to pay for the return shipping it will be held by Dinsmoor Sheepskins for 60 days. If in that holding time you refuse to pay for return shipping, you will have forfeited ownership of the product and it will become the property of Dinsmoor Sheepskins.
The amount refunded to you is determined by Dinsmoor Sheepskins LLC by the resale value of the product, minus any original shipping expenses and any expenses incurred in refurbishing the product to place back in inventory.
When you make a return, email [email protected] with the tracking number of the shipment. We recommend you buy insurance for the package in the event it is lost in transit. We are not responsible for the loss of your package.
