Who is eligible

Only the original purchaser with a proof of purchase is eligible for our warranty replacement.

Criteria

If a sheepskin has been severely damaged within 2 years of normal use, it may be eligible for a free replacement, less shipping.

Process

Submit proof of purchase, which is normally a receipt, to the email address warranty@dinsmoor.us with your phone number, how it was damaged, and return address.

You will receive an email with instructions for shipment, and once we receive and inspect your defective sheepskin, we will ship out a new one of similar quality and color.

Ineligible reasons for warranty return

We will not honor a warranty because you would prefer another color or style, minor debris or tangles in the fleece, or if it has signs of intentional defacement such as marker or paint, or a failure of a washing.

Any sheepskin which is returned and deemed at Dinsmoor Sheepskins’ sole discretion to be subject to abnormal use may be denied warranty replacement.
