Our sheepskins are warrantied for 2 years of normal and natural use. We will first try to replace your sheepskin if it is defective, but due to supply issues this may take some time.
Who is eligible
Only the original purchaser with a proof of purchase is eligible for our warranty replacement.
Warranty Description
Before starting a warranty claim, check to be sure that the product is defective beyond the Reasonable Standards enumerated in the “About Our Sheepskins” page.
To start a warranty claim, send an email with a description of the problem to [email protected] and be sure to include detailed photographs and a description of the complaint. Dinsmoor Sheepskins has sole discretion to approve or deny any warranty claim.
